O3 Vacations was founded by two brothers, Gatlinburg locals who grew up exploring the trails, views, rivers, and mountain towns that make this place special.
We started O3 because we want guests to experience that same sense of wonder without the stress that can come with planning and managing a vacation rental stay. Our goal is simple: premium homes, thoughtful hospitality, local knowledge, and service that lets you spend less time worrying about the details and more time enjoying where you are.

“On purpose” is the part that gives the O3 idea meaning. It is about choosing to step away — from work, notifications, routines, and the constant feeling that you should be somewhere else.
